Responsibilities: 

- Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow, including assessing customer creditworthiness in accordance with collection procedures. - Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales within the assigned territory to deliver accurate insights that support decisi on‑making and improvement of sales strategies. - Maintain accurate and up to date customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support planning and provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. - Conduct sales negotiations and manage the order to payment process including PO receipt, invoicing, delivery confirmation, and A/R collection by coordinating with customers to convert quotes into deals and secure timely order fulfillment and payment. - Provide customer quotations based on agreed solutions, delivery time, term of payment and approved pricing to formalize the customer offer. - Coordinate customer inquiries and operational issues during visits, provide recommendations, and communicate inspection or equipment findings to support timely resolution and strengthen customer relationships. - Prepare inspection reports and present recommendations within 1×24 hours after the inspection to support timely follow‑up actions, resulting in reports and recommendations available within 24 hours. - Record visit and inspection activities, opportunity updates, and customer issues into the system in a timely manner to maintain accurate and up to date sales information for effective monitoring and planning. - Plan and conduct customer visits and inspection to identify customer needs, assess equipment condition, present product and services offerings, pricing, promotions, and payment options, and generate quality opportunities that lead to successful closures. - Create visit and inspection activity plans based on the customer list allocated to produce clear execution plans and ensure effective customer coverage in the assigned territory.
