Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Applied Science (Technic)/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3 years experience in SHE Operation in Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction

Responsibilities: 

- Consolidate and ensure documentation of risk management program and implementation of SHE procedures within respective Branch or Site in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations to minimize risk and support operational continuity. - Perform and maintain the documentation of SHE plan, Corporate SHE Management System, CC, Sustainability, local government and Customer regulations implementation in respective Branch or Site, including PPE Matrix, Facility Safety Standards, Fire Preventi - Prepare and report SHE consumables utilization (OPEX items), including PPE consumption, medical costs, and property damage costs, to ensure accurate usage tracking, alignment with budget, and proper allocation. - Perform corrective or follow up actions implementation of non conformities identified from SHE regulation evaluations, audits, in cident investigations, including Customer Safety Management System (CSMS) recommendations, and other compliance reviews bas e - Execute wellness programs and ensure fulfillment of medical referrals, including Return to Work assessments, to support Medical Evacuation Response Plan (MERP) compliance and improve employee fitness rate. - Support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation in respective Branch or Site to achieve regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and standardized business processes. - Analyze customer mandatory (eFRM, eSIAP, Prinasa, etc.) and internal SHE applications (SHEAP, TU SMART, HAZARD Report, E Incident Investigation, etc.) and provide recommendations to improve safety awareness and performance. - Support SHE and CC training or awareness programs and manage the safety and health risk in the Branch or Site, including safety mandatory training for new hire or relocated Serviceman as part to manage employee deployment process and ensure compliance wi
