Requirements : 

Minimum D3 in Technical Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for providing support data to sales for new/ renewal contract agreement for CVA L1, L2. -Accountable and responsible for setting up Maintenance Strategy and link to standard job in AMT as per contract scope of work. - Accountable and responsible for performing scheduling TA1/TA2 Off-rent equipment to be proposed as On-rent or used equipment. -Accountable and responsible for capturing and update daily SMU in AMT. - Accountable and responsible for validating Backlogs and Breakdown and maintaining Quotation and SO (including Planned task). -Responsible for gathering customer inquiry (out of contract SOW) proactively and following up to obtain quotation approval. - Accountable and responsible for providing Weekly Work Plan inputs, communicating and get confirmation draft/ final from customer. - Accountable and responsible for ensuring Parts/ Component Availability, preparing required documents for planned event, and assigning technician/ other resources. - Responsible for ensuring major component core return to inventory and reviewing exception parts of repaired component on site based on maintenance history for correct cost allocation for CVA L3. - Accountable and responsible for overseeing machine down event, verifying equipment status, providing daily plan compliance and deli vering/ presenting CVA L1_L2 Monthly Report to customer. - Responsible for providing support document for Contract Billing process to customer. -Responsible for executing action plan and any improvements as resulted in strategy/ performance review, etc. for internal or external purpose. - Accountable and responsible for setting up Maintenance Strategy and link to standard job as per contract scope of work. -Accountable and responsible for performing scheduling TA1/TA2. - Responsible for gathering Customer inquiry (exception parts/component) proactively and following up to obtain quotation approval. - Accountable and responsible for providing Work Plan inputs, communicating and get confirmation draft/ final from Service/ Customer. - Accountable and responsible for ensuring Parts/ Component Availability, preparing required documents for planned event, and assigning Technician/ other resources. - Responsible for ensuring major component core return to inventory and reviewing exception parts of repaired component. - Accountable and responsible for overseeing machine in progress, verifying equipment status, providing Daily Plan Compliance and del ivering/ presenting to Customer. - Responsible for executing action plan and any improvements as resulted in strategy/ performance review, etc. for internal or external purpose.
