Minimum 3 years experience in Inventory/ Parts Operation

Responsibilities: 

- Execute protective stock arrangements for new machines and additional units of existing machine models in the assigned area by preparing and submitting protective stock requests on time to ensure stock readiness. - Execute analyst specific tasks (e.g., RMA monitoring, ASR (Additional Stock Request) administration) to ensure the specific task can be handled properly in timely manner. - Collect and analyze Warehouse Operations data (e.g., long outstanding GIT, parts discrepancies, PSDN, and RMA acceptance) to identify improvement areas, develop action plans, and share them with relevant teams to support Warehouse operations in achieving - Collect and analyze key Inventory Operations data (availability, surplus, turnover, emergency cost, and parts forecast) to identify improvement areas, create action plans, and share them with relevant teams to help Inventory achieve its Parts Performance - Collect and analyze Counter Operations data such as parts supply performance, forecast coverage, GINI, back order lead time, and OTIF to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans for execution, ensuring Counter Operations meet their Par
