Requirements : 

Minimum SMK in major

GPA minimum 3

Minimum 4 years experience in Junior Welder Fabricator/ Welder Fabricator Apprentice

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for self development in technical and non-technical skill, in class and on the job. Attending training program that already set by superior/management. -Responsible for report daily time sheet with correct job number allocation - Responsible for working productively with budgeted working hours boundary as a target for each job section. - Responsible for performing after repair job inspection and fill report form, including after repair inspection report and standard SIMS report. -Responsible for re- check working result to ensure nothing is left behind before report to superior in charge. -Responsible for working based on work scope, work procedure, drawing, and all technical document given for the job. Pro- actively ask to superior if need more explanation on the work procedure. -Responsible for be efficient material and consumable usage. -Responsible for be efficient in time usage. - Responsible for report any workplace hazard to superior and stop any un-safe act in workplace. -Responsible for always perform equipment pre-use check prior to use it. -Responsible for preparing all safety pre- requirement for job are available and correct, such as JSA, JSA communication, work permit, etc. -Responsible for complying workplace safety requirement even with minimum supervision (PPE, safe working behavior, etc.).
