Requirements : 

Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 1 years experience in Freshgraduates (External Candidates)/ Mechanic (Internal Candidtes)/ Sales/ Salesman (External Candidates)/ Service/ Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Ca/ Technician (Internal Candidtes)/ Warehouseman (Internal Candidtes)/ Working Experience as Sale

 

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for handling customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery. - Responsible for maintaining prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer, conduct presentation about product selling. - Responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process. -Responsible for receiving PO, send invoice to the customer, confirm delivery and manage AR Collection. - Responsible for seeking resourcing support from Sales Support Manager for opportunities as needed. -Responsible for gathering information from customer as and when required. -Responsible for ensuring that value proposition is conveyed effectively. - Responsible for determining call structure and approach, prepare discussion content and questions for need analysis. -Responsible for creating plan for customer calls, get support from other resources if needed and schedule the calls. - Responsible for informing customer about down payment requirements and receive down payment, if needed. -Responsible for negotiating with the customer to agree on final solution, price and terms and conditions of the transaction. - Responsible for creating customer quote based on agreed solution, estimated delivery time and approved price. -Responsible for creating customer solution along with Application Engineering and propose the solution to the customer. - Responsible for interacting with the customer to define requirement and inform the same to the Application Engineering. - Responsible for conducting detailed opportunity assessment and prioritize the opportunities based on predefined criteria; along with superior manager decide when an opportunity needs to be pursued. - Responsible for reviewing leads and conduct assessment for lead qualification based on customer data. -Responsible for receiving leads internally or externally and collect required amount of data regarding the lead.
