Responsibilities:

Coordinate correspondence activity, check the completeness of supporting document related to activities in his/her working unit.

Collect and record incoming and outgoing mails and document, file all document systematically in filling system

Input all data related to unit activity into database

Receive user complaint and direct them to related parties for further follow up
 

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3)

Fresh graduate, but preferable 1-year minimum experience in administrative work.

Business English, Ms. Office
