Requirements : 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or max. 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrates grit, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn
• Able to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus

Employment Terms:

• Contract based

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for monitoring centralized recruitment related expenses and expenditures are in line with the company policies and regulations. -Responsible for providing feedback of any recruitment related governance (SOP/WIN). - Responsible for providing required support for Branch HR to fulfill manpower requirement. -Responsible for developing and maintaining sourcing network for centralized recruitment. -Accountable and responsible for overseeing end-to- end centralized recruitment (Serviceman, Salesman) from sourcing up to onboarding.
