Minimum S1 in Laws major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 8 years experience in Legal

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible as Legal counsel to company’s subsidiaries, covering overall legal matters (litigation) of PT Tri Swaradana Utama, Trakindo Leste Unipessoal, Lda. Also, for the subsidiary of Trakindo Leste, Gloriosso Trading, Lda. - Responsible for ensuring identification, mitigation, guidance and resolution of Legal risks by Legal Department properly and in a timely manner. - Responsible for providing Legal assistances and support for certain eventual projects and or cases occurs. - Responsible for compliance to the prevailing Laws and Regulations, determining the best course of action that are comprehensive <(>&<)> reliable. - Responsible for providing Legal protection and risk management related to contractual transactions, implementation of GCG, provide awareness to other internal parties and departments on Legal implication in contractual transactions and compliance with all - Accountable and responsible for handling cases with a Low to Medium level of complexity (which includes: Pengadilan Tinggi, Pengadilan Negeri, Kejaksaan Tinggi, Kejaksaan Negeri, Kepolisian Daerah (Polda), Kepolisian Resor (Polres) dan Kepolisian Sektor ( - Responsible for handling cases with a high level of complexity (which includes KPK, Kejaksaan Agung, Mahkamah Agung, Mabes Polri dan institute Kementerian) by being a Company representative in court proceedings and provide assistance for level Managers. -Responsible for assisting Company representatives in cases whereby they are summoned by the authorities as well as in coordinating with external litigators for legal proceedings (with a “Low to Medium” level of complexity). - Responsible for formulating compliance checklists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly. - Responsible for providing and interpreting legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements. - Responsible for providing Legal memorandums and or opinions to minimize risk and ensure that legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses of action have been taken. - Responsible for performing effective Legal advisory <(>&<)> guidance (in writing or verbally) to minimize risk and ensure that all parties within the Company shall be aware of Legal risks and to implement best GCG. - Responsible for providing proper corporate documentation (i.e.. resolutions of the Board of Directors and Commissioners, etc.) in a ccordance with the policy and procedure. - Responsible for performing Legal corporate correspondences in accordance with what is required and objectives to be achieved. - Responsible for reviewing of regulations and updating Legal governance policies and ensure to be in line with other related policies.
