Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Transportation major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Planning/ Warehouse & Distribution

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for maintaining stock availability and turn over by reviewing and updating inventory parameter in SAP -Responsible for creating and maintaining Non CAT Material Master and Purchasing Info Record in SAP - Responsible for ordering stock replenishment at all branches refer to the min max calculation -Responsible for ordering stock to support forecast, NPI, CSML, VHS, APL -Responsible for creating and maintaining PO and STO in SAP - Responsible for collecting outstanding PO that not supplied yet by supplier and following up to respective supplier and also outstanding STO that not shipped by supplying plant or not received by receiving plant - Responsible for collecting and reviewing critical stock data to be processed further -Responsible for verifying invoice or SOA (Statement of Account) from foreign supplier before submitting to AP Finance - Responsible for communicating and negotiating to supplier or vendor about material (such as, price, availability, delivery time, weight, etc) - Responsible for processing order thru supplier system (such as webshop for SP Maskiner, myMETSO for METSO, catpublication for Literature, Ace for CAT olie, Shop. Donaldson for Donaldson filter, mcfdealers for MLAP, Weilerdealer for Weiler, order Olympian -Responsible for budgeting the amount of money that going to be used for the next payment to the all Non CAT suppliers -Responsible for processing ASR (Add to Stock Request) that raised by Branch
