Requirements :
Minimum S1 in Business Administration/ Communication/ Marketing/ Relevant Degree major
GPA minimum 2,75
Minimum 3 years experience in Corporate Communication
Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate communication and brand policy and governance to ensure consistent and standard implementations across company. - Monitor communication and brand activations platforms and channels (digital, conventional, event), in coordination with cross functions, to ensure communication implementations in compliance with corporate guidelines. - Prepare communication contents in alignment with Corporate directions and strategy to ensure consistent, unified, and aligned messaging across comunnication channels. - Prepare and execute external communication campaign and programs (Media Relations, Sponsorships, publication, annual <(>&<)> susta inability report, corporate spokeperson, Social Media, Company Profile, etc.) in alignment with Corporate directions and st rategy - Prepare and execute internal communication programs in alignment with Corporate directions and strategy (Publication, Merchandise, Communication Content, Facility Branding, etc.) through various channels (Digital, Conventional, Event) to strengthen Corpo - Support customer targeted programs lead by Marketing functions to ensure consistent brand messaging and strenghten company's reputation. - Create Event and Donation (ED) budgeting process and monitoring budget utilization to ensure efficiency of fund use across organization. - Maintain and execute the budget to support operational needs and facilitate smooth operations. - Execute crisis communication responses by monitoring risk, preparing key messages, coordinate cross function to ensure timely, accurate information across channels. - Prepare crisis handling guidance by preparing materials, coordinating media practice sessions, and facilitating knowledge sharing to ensure employees are equipped to communicate effectively and anticipate media risks. - Analyze and prepare report on performance and effectiveness of all communication activities that have been conducted to identify best practice and opportunity for improvement.
