Responsibilities: 

- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support operational excellence and business competitiveness. - Analyze and maintain the fixed asset budget to support operational needs and ensure smooth financial operations, while fulfilling ad hoc requests related to asset and accounting processes. - Analyze asset utilization, asset lifecycle value, asset actions (acquisition, movement, maintenance, upgrade, disposal), and monitor the execution in coordination with operations and relevant stakeholders to provide accurate insights and recommendations - Prepare monthly analytics reports (asset movement, roll forward, statement of financial positions, working capital forecasts) and provide analyses for capital spending, intangibles, and fixed asset schedules, etc. to support financial reporting and manag - Consolidate fixed asset sub ledgers with general ledger balances, review asset related calculations (Asset Retirement Obligation or Provision, impairment, provisions), and validate intangible asset impairment to maintain completeness, consistency, and in - Analyze and execute asset accounting activities,such as depreciation runs, valuation adjustments, accumulated depreciation updates and recording newly acquired or disposed assets and reconcile sub asset ledgers with the general ledger as well as reconcil - Analyze and maintain fixed asset master data including new asset creation, transfers, disposals, adjustments to ensure asset existence, accuracy, and accountability. - Prepare and execute asset physical checking activities including providing asset tagging, list of assets to be checked, and PIC of assets, coordinate action or findings regarding checking results in coordination with stakeholders, and create physical che - Prepare fixed asset audit schedules, coordinate with auditors, and review asset‑related data to ensure full compliance with audit requirements and the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset information. - Implement and support Fixed Asset procedures in alignment with established systems and governance to ensure standardized processing and compliance with PSAK and company policies.
