Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Marketing major

GPA minimum 3

Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing

 

Responsibilities: 

- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support operational excellence and business competitiveness. - Manage and execute the budget to ensure optimize resource allocation and enhance financial efficiency in specialized activities and initiatives. - Implement sales incentives, including special program incentives, to drive sales performance and achieve growth while ensuring alignment with the Company reward policy. - Evaluate forklift sales forecasts from branches and provide sales driven insights during IDSP (Integrated Demand Supply Planning) to influence supply decisions and ensure balanced demand supply alignment. - Generate leads to be distributed and executed by Area Sales to expand customer coverage and increase sales conversions. - Manage Forklift sales targets and oversees end to end sales coordination with Industry and across Area Sales, including pipeline m anagement and forecasting to drive revenue growth and strengthen market share, maximize profitability. - Evaluate industry level pricing performance to determine price adjustments to maintain competitive price positioning and support sales target achievement. - Develop integrated Forklift marketing strategy across all industries by identifying emerging needs, expanding target segments, and optimizing strategic positioning to generate new opportunities and measurable business growth.
