Requirements :
Minimum S1 in Any Disciplines major
GPA minimum 2.75
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources/ Learning Development / Sales / Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing learning need analysis and assessing current learning and development program arrangements to align with business requirement. - Responsible for developing curriculum and learning program based on 70:20:10 principle to provide learning roadmap that aligned with corporate strategy and business requirement. - Responsible for developing and updating Standard Curriculum, Term of Reference (TOR), and Learning Roadmap liaise with Learning Counterpart. - Responsible for developing and updating Learning Resources liaise with Facilitator or Instructor to ensure align with Term of Reference (TOR). - Accountable & responsible for monitoring Learning & development program budget liaise with Learning Analytics. - Accountable & responsible for monitoring, validating and evaluating Learning & Development program implementation to ensure meet with requirement as per plan. - Responsible for embedded Principal Development Program to Learning Curriculum and ensure the execution meet requirement. - Responsible for liaising with External (institution) in designing, developing and evaluating curriculum and learning program based on 70:20:10 principle that aligned with business requirement.
