-Responsible for ensuring SH and E, legal and corporate procedures compliance are implemented properly. 
 -Responsible for developing Sales team. 
 -Responsible for pool and harness the power of One TMT in maximizing closure rate. 
 - Responsible for providing inputs to parts strategy management based on account requirement and CVA growth initiative. 
 -Responsible for reviewing and participating in the Demand Consensus, Pre- IDSP (Integrated Demand and Supply Planning) and IDSP meeting. 
 -Responsible for reviewing and coordinating with area/territory sales for customer coverage. 
 - Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks in the account plan development processes (e.g., accounts' potential growth and profitability estimation, accounts' financial target, accounts' budget). 
 - Responsible for achieving Marketing and Sales Dealer Excellence target. 
 -Accountable for mitigating business risk and responsible for overseeing A/R Collection. 
 - Accountable for managing Engine PP and PS sales target achievement, through sales pipeline and conduct sales forecasting. 
 - Accountable for offering real added value to customer business and responsible to provide feedback to marketing team to improve the offering capability (i.e., quality lost sales report). 
 - Accountable for identifying target major account, defining and managing account planning, and managing key relationships with influential customer stakeholders.



- Have extensive experience in Data Center Industry

- Have more than 7 years experience in Power System Sales

- Education Background in Engineering
