Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Civil/ Mechanical/ Mining Engineering major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Equipment Health, Equipment Management, Application & Operation Analyst,

Responsibilities: 

1. Prepare and provide productivity reports, including insights and recommendations, using established methodologies that leverage Caterpillar literature and industry references to quantify comprehensive productivity benefits aligned with organizational and customer goals. (R)
2. Ensure the implementation of customer equipment application and productivity initiatives/recommendations, identify operational optimization opportunities (e.g., fuel, payload/productivity, GET etc.), and ensure appropriate solutions are provided to address customer improvement requests and maximize operational efficiency using Caterpillar application tools/software (VIMS/VST, ET, FPO, TPMS, FPC/VST, Racerender, Weight Scale, Cycle Timer, MGC, Dozsim etc.) (A/R)
3. Present and leverage on-board technology data and fleet monitoring sources (Product Link, CAT Productivity, Minestar, etc.) to ensure efficient use of technology product. (R)
4. Conduct regular SAT reviews across MARC and Non-MARC sites, based on requests from Major Account sales/customers, to identify productivity issues and recommend operational improvements. (R)
5. Execute continuous improvement joint projects with specific customers and liaise with Caterpillar to apply best practices across industry operations. (R)
6. Record and maintain project data, reports, and documentation in an accessible repository, and support follow-up on agreed action plans and recommendations to enable structured organizational learning. (R)
7. Maintain and execute the budget to support operational needs and facilitate smooth operations. (R)
