Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 5 years experience in Equipment Mgt Condition Monitoring / Equipment Mgt Project

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to define Condition Monitoring strategy for CVA level 3, include CM strategy matrix, CM baseline parameter and CM routines design (5 Key elements)
• Accountable and responsible to provide alert for Non-Reporting condition at connected asset in CVA Level 3
• Accountable and responsible to provide interpretation and recommendation (alert, backlog) from 5 CM Elements Analysis in CVA Level 3 , include: SOS data (Health and TAT), Magnetic Plug / Filter Cut / Screen Inspection/Kidney Looping & Particle Counter, Machine visual inspection, Electronic Data (VIMS, TPMS, Product Link, ET, etc.), Validation all data CM to HID, and Application & Operation Monitoring
• Accountable and responsible to provide equipment and major component health condition in CVA Level 3
• Responsible to define baseline parameter to identify low performing component that can be used by Operation to identify issue in CVA Level 3
• Responsible to develop EM Solution in form of action and CM Improvement initiatives for issues related CM raised by Area or Operation in CVA Level 3, include: FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Learning from Failure, Project Study, Project Reporting
• Responsible to direct implementation and evaluation of CM action and improvement initiatives in CVA Level 3
• Responsible to provide solutions and report to customer to optimize of equipment productivity, application and operation in order to improve machine and component durability in CVA Level 3
