Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical support, installation, and commissioning of crushing and screening equipment

Responsibilities: 

• Machine installation and commissioning.
• Complete field machine inspections per global and customer procedures.
• Provide training for operation & maintenance to customers and technicians at branches.
• Perform technical evaluations and analyses equipment and machine component failures.
• Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions, and sales personnel.
• Assist the aftermarket sales team in conducting parts analysis and parts strategy.
• Performing assembly, maintenance, repairs, and audits at customer sites.
• Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable

Job Requirement :

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and report-writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of crushing and screening (Mobile, Portable & Fix Plant).
• Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering in crushing & screening equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clearly understand and competency in Risk management and safety rule compliance.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport, and flexibility for significant travel.
• Ability to work independently.
