Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Computer Science/ Equivalent/ Informatics Engineering/ Information Technology (IT)/ Software major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 3 years experience in Related Fields

Responsibilities: 

- Role: Focus on BI & Analytics, Dashboards - Responsible for proposing relevant new technology that potentially capable to improve corporate productivity and insight to strengthen customer engagement and experience. - Responsible for providing technical consultancy and support to business users. - Accountable and responsible for monitoring existing application and dashboard technology solution to ensure the performance and utilization. - Accountable and responsible for communicating project progress and manage project risks and issues to key stakeholders. - Accountable and responsible for acting as project manager for IT projects, including new application and dashboard implementation. - Accountable and responsible for validating solution design for new implementation and enhancement of non-SAP application and dashboard, as well as to review and negotiate technical effort on the solution provided by 3rd party. - Accountable and responsible for identifying impact analysis of new application and dashboard implementation and enhancement, including integration requirements to surrounding applications, dashboards, as well as to SAP systems. - Accountable and responsible for managing alignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape/design for supporting functions, i.e., Administration (Human Resources, Corporate Communication, Government Relation, SHE), Finance and - Accountable and responsible for managing alignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape/design for rental and used equipment - Accountable and responsible for managing alignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape/design for Supply Chain, Service Excellence, and Engineering Service functions. - Accountable and responsible for managing alignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape/design for Sales Marketing function cross-industry. - Accountable and responsible for managing alignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape/design for customer Service function cross-industry (Mining, Construction and ForAg, EandT).
