Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 4 years experience in Service Operation / Heavy Equipment

Responsibilities: 

1. Accountable & responsible for controlling all of processes in the Service Dept. according to Standard Operation Procedures and implemented properly. 2. Accountable & responsible for conducting internal operational assessment and support corporate standard operational assessment (i.e., SODA, SEP, SHE & CC etc.). 3. Accountable & responsible for providing update and review regarding resources/facilities utilization, capacity and capability, the standards compliance and effective process activities. 4. Accountable & responsible for providing and analyze Branch/ Region performance report. 5. Accountable & responsible for improving and maintaining the performance of successful improvement efforts. 6. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Work in Process (WIP) status updating and report within planned limits.
