Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Technical/Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 2 years experience in Same Field

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for monitoring strategic sourcing execution to ensure optimal supply base. -Responsible for demand analysis, sourcing and tendering process, negotiation and contracting of all transactions to support trading or sales activities. - Responsible for demand analysis, sourcing and tendering process, negotiation and contracting of all transactions to support courier, forwarding and distribution activities and or support internal customer (PPSC, PSC, RUE, Power System Business, Branch). -Responsible for monitoring implementation and execution of services and supplies material done by suppliers. -Responsible for monitoring quality performance for continuous improvement. - Responsible for creating contract with potential vendor to ensure capabilities of good supply and good quality. - Responsible for preparing and sending RFP/RFQ to conduct tender or conduct bid analysis, negotiations, and contract development as needed. Gather detailed cost elements and perform in- depth price analysis to ensure the best purchase price, while achieving -Responsible for monitoring of supplier performance to ensure maintenance of delivery, quality, and price commitments. - Responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with established quality and customer specific requirement. -Responsible for ensuring all the requests both material and services are processed in timely manner. - Responsible for ensuring all the contracts with related vendors are maintained and administered properly. -Responsible for identifying and analyzing potential risks.
