Job Description :

1. Accountable & Responsible to develop Machine (CAT and non-CAT) Maintenance Templates for Standard Job Readiness and PSS Readiness.
2. Accountable & Responsible to develop and calculating lifecycle maintenance costing related to the technical condition of a unit for marketing and sales team (i.e., for PP prospect).
3. Accountable & Responsible to define standard jobs into long term resource requirements for service agreements, based on marketing’s prioritization and ensuring resource requirement quality and competitiveness
4. Accountable & Responsible to develop and calculating maintenance contract rates (MARC, Complex CVA & Rental).
5. Accountable & Responsible to define resource requirements for standard jobs are available in SAP Service Order Template.
6. Accountable & Responsible to maintain standard job and pricing due to operational feedback
7. Ensure SH&E, legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly
8. Manage outputs by identifying, monitoring and reporting on key performance areas and indicators
9. Manage good business networking with other function in cs and other related department within PTTU (HO, Area and Site)

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Industrial/Electrical Engineering
• More than 5 years experience in Equipment Management.
• Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Management and Maintenance Budget
• Familiar with Builder G3, AMT, SAP CRM/ECC, Service Data Screening Questions
• Fluent in Business English, MS Office and Project Management
