Requirements : 

Minimum S2 in Technical Engineering major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Equipment Handling

Responsibilities: 

-Accountable and responsible for implementing SHE in every activities (shop and field) based on company and customer regulation. -Responsible for evaluating technician productivity to ensure achieve company target. - Accountable and responsible for producing and monitoring quotation in timely manner. -Responsible for managing Service Operation to achieved service excellence target (Dealer Excellent Performance). - Accountable and responsible for managing plan execution meet business and customer requirement. -Accountable and responsible for performing WIP summary, invoice summary and invoice projection. - Accountable and responsible for managing, monitoring, resolving any problem related to WIP and escalate any issues to Service Head. -Responsible for resolving any issue related to service support coverage and coordinate to related party. - Accountable and responsible for implementing service strategy/ policies/ SOP from CEG, review service processes and provide feedback to Service Head on process effectiveness and efficiency improvement of Service Financial Revenue. - Accountable and responsible for managing Service transaction and ensure accuracy of Service job cost allocation.
