Minimum S1 in Business Administration major

Responsibilities:
- Maintain master and organization data related to serviceman rosters, service teams, and temporary transfers to ensure accurate, reliable, and up to date assignment information across service operations. - Maintain Service Order supporting documents (including Service Support SIMS), process labor and miscellaneous transactions, and follow up purchase requests, labor confirmations, and copying vendor invoice receipts to ensure complete, accurate, and compli - Collect and manage supporting and reporting documents related to Service Orders and customer, implement structured document management practices to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with documentation standards. - Perform and verify abandoned Service Order requirements and the closing process to prevent re open cases, control and analyze serviceman overtime and expenses, administer used‑parts storage and disposal, and maintain timely WIP updates and reporting to - Apply key performance indicators to identify issues and improvement opportunities, and maintain Work in Process (WIP) status updates and reporting within planned limits to support effective operational control and ensure timely resolution of WIP related
