EM Engineering Analyst

Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Technical Engineering major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities: 

- Analyze and review current customer maintenance strategy for identify potential product support solutions, i.e. SOS, commodities, component/machine rebuild, TU Reman, or CVA to improve product support opportunities. - Recommend customer to utilize CAT CM Apps and Technology (i.e., Product Link, CAT Inspect, SOS, CWMS) to improve customer adoption on CM system. - Analyze customer Condition Monitoring strategies and routines, identify any potential improvement (i.e. knowledge sharing, CM system integration) to increase customer CM personnel capabilities. - Analyze immediate support requirements during critical machine downtime and coordinate with site management and relevant functions to solve daily maintenance issues. - Consolidate and validate customer MR data for CAT equipment such as SMU, repair history, component changeouts, and machine performance and identify potential issues on performance metrics (i.e. major downtime drivers, repetitive failures, and component l - Coordinate regular performance evaluations with TU Area EM and CAT Site Performance Management (SPM) team to request advise and assistance in resolving customer issues. - Conduct SAT (Site Assessment) review and application and operation study, including post mortem assessment to improve machine performance and productivity. - Consolidate Part and Component Forecasts from customer plans, and submit to EM Area (for major components and Plan for Every Serial Number PLESN) and Branch Parts Analyst (for Midlife, minor component PCR, and RI Parts) to ensure readiness of parts for c - Coordinate EM related customers training requirements with Learning and Development and or EM Compliance team to improve customer capabilities and engagement.
