Job Description:

1. Responsible for ensuring Service activity in quick respond and meet target
   completion & customer requirement.
2. Responsible for ensuring the Implementation of corporate standard procedures &
   Best Practice and the quality of technical jobs process & result.
3. Responsible for performing technical jobs process and service job to meet Service
   Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance, adjusting system, visual
   inspection activity to generate backlog in related technical jobs process and refer to
   standard manual or procedure. (Mechanic PM).
5. Responsible for ensuring tools and equipment utilization related technical jobs
   process and refer to standard manual or procedure, including ensure tools and
   equipment in good conditions.
6. Responsible for processing parts request and return related to technical jobs
   process and refer to standard manual or procedure and ensuring the
   parts/components in good condition when it is handover to customer.
7. Responsible for completing all document related service administration and
   technical jobs process refer to standard manual or procedure.
8. Responsible for activating to reduce waste and contribute to continuous
   improvement.
9. Responsible for performing contamination control and safety activity related
   technical job process and refer to standard manual or procedure.

Requirements:

1.    High School/ Vocational
2.    School (SMK) Diploma
3.    Mechanical/ Electrical/ Technical/ Heavy
4.    Has knowledge related
5.    Have knowledge in basis mechanic process and system equipment 
6.    Fluent in English
7.    Basic MS Office
8.    Basic Mechanical
