Job Description :

1.    Accountable for ensuring achievement of PS sales target (revenue, gross profit, AR collection days and POPS-C).
2.    Accountable for ensuring information about customer and competitor is collected and accurate.
3.    Accountable for managing relationship with the customers.
4.    Accountable for ensuring committed demand forecast is accurate and changes on forecast communicated.
5.    Accountable for managing customer transaction journey from lead-to-cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updates on order status).
6.    Accountable for ensuring accuracy of sales document (e.g., PO matches quotation) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancy.
7.    Responsible for developing customer activity plan, arrange regular meeting, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
8.    Responsible for inspecting equipment, create visit report and update customer MEP database.
9.    Responsible for gathering, assessing, prioritizing and following up on leads (including internal leads from OLGA).
10.    Responsible for responding to inquiry/ requests on product support, coordinating with parts, service, and EM division to support customers’ needs.
11.    Responsible for handling commercial negotiation with customers including negotiation of price, terms and conditions, and warranty claim disputes.
12.    Responsible for reviewing quotation from parts counter / service.
13.    Responsible for resolving AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the site.
14.    Responsible for proposing AR waiver, DCD and customers’ credit limit top-up.
15.    Responsible for raising forecast for components and committed demand parts.
16.    Responsible for consolidating information and provide feedback to Area Parts Manager on changes to committed demand forecast (e.g., cancellation, delay), major fleet movement and customer’s maintenance plan.


1.    Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2.    Have 2 Years experience in Heavy Equipment
3.    Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
4.    Experience in Sales Operation
5.    Fluent in English & MS Office
