Responsibilities: 

- Execute SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and CC (Contamination Control) procedure in Warehouse area to meet company compliance standards. - Process tool loans, tool returns, tool stock take, calibration, and tool disposal to ensure tool records are up to date and ready to use. - Inspect and protect parts with anti rust, deliver parts to CAT ADC (Asian Distribution Center), or do scrapping parts process (referring to RMA (Return Material Authorization) category) to get optimal credit acceptance. - Assemble and Disassemble kit to meet Customers requirement. - Cut and clean hose and build up Hose Assembly using Hose Crimping Machine to fulfil Customer requirement. - Complete IA (Inventory Adjustment) form and other documents and ask for approval to comply with policies and procedures. - Inspect Old Core Reman based on Category and CAC (Core Acceptance Criteria) and send the result to Counterman as well as creating CCR (Core Credit Request) and updating into CMIS 2 (Core Management Information System) to ensure optimal credit acceptance. - Create, activate, check, and revise PID (Physical Inventory Document) in the system, including printing out PID from the system, counting (with or without handheld tools), re- count (if there are any) discrepancies, and clear out the system to ensure the - Prepare and clean out TU and CAT Reman Old Core before creating goods issue to meet Core Acceptance Criteria. - Check WIP (Work in Progress) for Service Orders, record into WIP area, and deliver to Workshop to meet Customers requirement. - Maintain and update goods issue into the system, create shipment number and gate pass (if needed), sign the shipping list and hand over to Customers or Forwarder, create and send BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) to Sales Admin, and update into the system - Check and follow up outstanding GI (Goods Issue), identify the priority pick tags to be collected, collect goods using proper tools (referring to the pick tag information), ensure goods are in saleable condition, update into the system, stick pick tags t - Submit claims to Suppliers, Forwarder, and Insurance, create claim documents, claim parts Warranty, check claim status, and maintain stock into the system based on adjustment type to ensure timely and accurate claim handling. - Check and update put away status in the system, transfer posting for special stock, and put away to the correct bin or location by applying FIFO or FEFO concept to ensure the goods are kept in appropriate location and ready to be transacted. - Update and maintain goods receipt into the system for all items (stock order, back order, parts return, parts exchange, and tools) and check GR status to ensure Parts Stock Inventory data is updated. - Count and check goods referring to inbound delivery documents, report to Superior, and coordinate with Suppliers (Vendor or Supplying Plants) and other parties to ensure there are no discrepancies. - Move cargos to the inbound area and unpack the packages to arrange and organize the packages safely and neatly at the appropriate location. - Take pictures and documentation for incoming cargos at Warehouse, unload cargos using proper tools, check shipment documents, and compare with actual goods received in terms of total packages, weight, parts number, and quantity, including if there are an - Check and follow up outstanding goods in-transit and do pre-stocking for all goods to provide an alert that goods will arrive at the Warehouse in a short time.
