Responsibilities:
Validate, consolidate, submit Annual and additional PS Sales targets, market information, and customer sales allocation in the system to ensure accurate inputs for sales planning and incentive calculation. Consolidate and analyze Monthly and Rolling Sale s Forecast and Sales Funnel Opportunity reports to provide reliable forecasting insights and timely follow up guidance. Create and maintain master data for customer IDs or accounts, contact IDs, invoice master, and MEP to ensure accurate data for transact ions and precise opportunity calculations. Execute sales system access administration User ID creation request for PSSR or PSSE or ISR and authorization updates in the system to ensure system access readiness and compliance with internal controls. Perform submission credit (new or increase) and exception (Release Exception or Override or Waiver) request to the system for Service or Sales Orders to ensure authorized credit and uninterrupted order flow. Validate and process sales documentation (collect and verify PO or OD or BAST or supporting docs, pre condition documents for Surat Dukungan, request Certificate of Manufacture via PS Pricing HO, and route POA for OATC signing) to ensure a complete and com Execute billing transactions (print einvoices or eFP , match and submit to customers, file supporting documents), process CN or DN or Write Off or refund, including handle backout invoice cancellation in the system to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Monitor billing delivery activities by monitor Trans mittal Advice (TA), ensure SOA distribution regularly, including coordinate AR cases and follow ups with Sales and Finance teams to ensure billing received by customers accurately, on time and all cases a Validate and distribute customer contact data for loyalty surveys in coordination with Sales, update survey alert resolutions in the system, and act as the survey ambassador for methodology and information updates to ensure accurate respondents and effecti
