Requirements : 

Minimum SMK in Machine Field major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 2 years experience in Same Field

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for performing Coop Vocational School program to meet the objective of CSR and talent resourcing. -Responsible for performing learning evaluation to ensure learning impact effectively delivered to improve organization capabilities. - Responsible for managing Learning Solutions according to policies and procedures, to meet operation requirement and improve organization capabilities. - Responsible for managing OPEX Training and Assessment to ensure learning activities are in line with the agreed plan and budget app roval. -Responsible for executing Branch SHE regulation, to align with Internal and External policies and procedures. - Responsible for ensuring the implementation of employee development program according to relevant development program policies. - Responsible for providing data talent management mapping bench strength and succession planning based on direction from the Head Office. -Responsible for conducting employee data management process according to LandD annual plan is well-executed. - Responsible for managing, TEP and event training process to ensure trainings are well organized and documented. -Responsible for performing soft skills training to ensure training executions are effectively delivered. - Responsible for analyzing learning solutions, to ensure training objectives are effectively delivered. -Responsible for conducting Training Need Analysis in order to determine people development program as required by operations.
