Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering/ Technical major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 8 years experience in Equipment Management Operation

 

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for providing (temporary until the dashboard ready) and validating data monthly report to Customer. - Responsible for preparing Weekly Work Plan meeting, generate draft schedule event execution to be discussed in the meeting and finalize schedule event execution (by considering unit availability, customer approval, etc) and ensure the event executed to me -Responsible for machine detail setup in AMT including create strategy tasks, setup usage profile, implement and update Standard Job, system interface setup, monitor CVA status (active/ non active). - Accountable for consolidating and delivering reports for CVA performance regularly (during contract and renewal). - Accountable and responsible for providing technical advice related to productivity and cost optimization and assisting customer on managing and maintaining his assets properly with impact to cost and profitability to ensure customer experience is well pro -Accountable and responsible for providing technical advice related to aftermarket CVA’s scope of works and performance (pre-post agreement). - Accountable and responsible for supporting PS Sales to develop offering for aftermarket CVA for new opportunity and/or renewal (contract proposal CVA level 1-2, scope of work, resource requirement etc). - Accountable and responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer visit schedule compliance performance, POCA performance, as well as defining solution for continuous improvement to meet target and impact to the business profitability. - Accountable and responsible for conducting Trakindo Care by visiting, demonstrating, coaching and assessing customer on increase asset productivity, undertake maintenance activities, optimizing asset technology features and capabilities, and proper applic -Accountable for developing contract solution (CVA) and providing technical consultation for Sales team to prepare contract. - Accountable and responsible for contacting customer for site visit objectives and obtaining customer permission on scheduled site visit, with the acknowledgement by Sales team, to ensure all parties are aware and commit to the event. - Accountable and responsible for developing, prioritizing, and adjusting annual and monthly customer visit plan to ensure targeted customers are well covered in visit plan. - Accountable and responsible for acting as a Subject Matter Expert in giving EM Awareness to improve productivity and cost optimization and assisting customer on managing and maintaining his assets properly with impact to cost and profitability to ensure c - Accountable and responsible for developing retail customers to become major account customers and defining which customer to be visited, based on segmentation and engagement urgency, as well as developing solution/ recommendation to be delivered on custom -Accountable and responsible for identifying number of unconnected asset, customer asset EM solution level, targeted customer, based on priority to ensure all data gathered are valid and reliable for further analysis and resolutions.
