Job Description:

1.  Responsible for following up and maintaining Service Ticket for planned event
     including process to open required Service Order.
2.  Responsible for providing quotation including supplemental quotation refer to
     service request and standard job.
3.  Accountable & responsible for consolidating planned activities (repair,
     maintenance, and backlog) into single event to ensure asset events are properly
     handled.
4.  Accountable & responsible for validating, logging and updating customer data
     product information into the system to ensure all data gathered are valid and
     reliable for further analysis and resolutions.
5.  Accountable & responsible for confirming event schedule (including date, unit
     availability), reserve and order resources required (such as technician, parts,
     tools, technical instruction, etc) and communicate to Service team to ensure
     resources required are available and complete and build awareness and
     commitment of related parties to the event.
6.  Responsible for handling consultative session for Service team to confirm
     planned repair event.
7.  Responsible for monitoring all events activities (progress & completion).
8.  Responsible for monitoring performance of plan event accuracy, on time arrival
     and on time work completion.
9.  Responsible for forecasting PM part & fluid required (thru AMT interface), monitor
     fulfillment and advice forecast extension (if required) for CVA Level 2 execution.
10. Responsible for creating Ticket, provide Quotation and open Service Order for
     CVA jobs.
11. Responsible for updating Job status in AMT and generate regular Plan
     Compliance.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Technical/ Mechanical Engineering
2.    5 years experience  in Service Operation
3.    Experience in Equipment Management Operations
4.    Fluent in English
5.    Familiar with MS Office
6.    SAP Trakindo Systems, Caterpillar Systems, AMT/HID
