Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate correspondence activity, check the completeness of supporting document related to activities in his/her working unit.
  • Collect and record incoming and outgoing mails and document, file all document systematically in filling system
  • Input all data related to unit activity into database
  • Receive user complaint and direct them to related parties for further follow up
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3)
  • Fresh graduate, but preferable 1-year minimum experience in administrative work.
  • Business English, Ms. Office
