Requirements : 

Minimum D3 in Business Administration major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 4 years experience in Service

Responsibilities: 

-Accountable and responsible for maintaining master data related roster Serviceman, Service team and Serviceman transfer (assignment between Service team). - Accountable and responsible for maintaining Service Order related supporting documents (SIMS etc.), Labor and Miscellaneous transaction including responsible to follow up purchase request, labor confirmation and vendor invoice receiving. - Accountable and responsible for collecting and managing supporting documents related service order and implement document management. -Accountable and responsible for performing closing process and ensure to avoid re- open Service Order request because improper of previous process. -Responsible for controlling Overtime and Expense of Serviceman. -Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Work in Process (WIP) status updating and report within planned limits. - Responsible for ensuring SHandE, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly. -Responsible for managing outputs by identifying, monitoring and reporting on key performance areas and indicators. - Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
