Requirements : 

Minimum D3 in Any Disciplines major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources/ Related Fields

Responsibilities: 

-Accountable and responsible for preparing, compiling and master the literature for coaching and mentoring. -Accountable and responsible for implementing learning solution to ensure technical skill acquiring/mastering for Trainees/ Serviceman. - Accountable and responsible for transferring knowledge from Workplace Trainer for the Trainees/ Serviceman. -Accountable and responsible for personally providing coaching, explaining, informing and supervising participants during the off- class teaching and learning process. -Accountable and responsible for conducting off class training evaluations for all learning programs and provide follow up as required. - Accountable and responsible for accelerating SAR achievement for the Serviceman to meet the required skills. -Accountable and responsible for acting as role model in term of technical knowledge, skill, attitude for the Trainees/ Serviceman.
