Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering/ Psychology major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources



-Accountable and responsible for executing safety procedures to comply with Corporate SHE regulation. - Responsible for monitoring, reviewing and evaluating OPEX related Human Resources to ensure budget ratio to revenue do not exceed from the approved ratio. - Responsible for maintaining Legal Documents related to Human Resources to maintain Good Corporate Governance. - Responsible for executing industrial relation activities and maintain industrial relation conduciveness, resolve employee grieva nce with respective parties and ensure Company Regulation is socialized, understood and obeyed by employees to ensure work env -Responsible for submitting and updating HR report analytic to provide proper information to HRandGA Leader in order to improve performance. - Responsible for processing employee termination through Exit Management process according to policy and procedure to maintain employee experience from hire to retire. - Responsible for executing Employee Engagement activities based on the agreed Letter of Commitment (LoC) starting from submitting proposal and execute planned activities to improve Employee Engagement score (i.e.:managing TUSRA activities) to support Corpo -Responsible for delivering compensation and benefit services according to Company policy and procedures (e.g.: Payroll, Mitratama, Medical, other incentive) to attract, engage and retain Employees. - Responsible for maintaining Succession Planning database and talent profile data and monitor development progress to maintain organizational bench strength and talent pipeline. - Responsible for monitoring Performance Management Activities including Performance Plan, KPI setting, Performance Review, Coaching and Counseling, and Performance Appraisal are executed properly according to policy and procedure to create high performing -Responsible for providing employee attributes required to perform tasks according to policy and procedure, and in order to maintain better employee experience. - Accountable and responsible for managing and update employee data management activities covering Recruitment, Transfer, Dismissal, Pension, Contract and other document processing related to labor to ensure the implementation is according to policy and pro -Responsible for fulfilling annual manpower planning (Internal/ External) according to policy and procedure to support business need.
