Responsibility :

- Maintain service literatures (SIS, Service Magazine, Service Letter, Engine News, GRPTS, Technical Information Buletin)

    - Communicate with Caterpillar regarding technical issues is not records on Caterpillar Literatures

    - Manage EMI (Equipment Management Issues) and communicate with internal department, Head office, Caterpillar, and customer.

    Requirement :

   - Diploma (D3) in Technical Engineering

  - 2 years in heavy equipment dealer or service related roles 

  - Understanding in business service, technical and mechanical system knowledge
