Minimum S1 in Any disciplines major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources/ Related Fields

 

Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for collecting and selecting various sources of material including training aids <(>&<)> tools needed according to develop training module packages and maintenance of training aids and tools. - Responsible for designing and developing training module package and training aids for Basic Service Training to ensure the training activity is well prepared. - Responsible for doing functionality testing, preparing maintenance planning and repair for training aids <(>&<)> tools to ensure the readiness to support training activities. - Responsible for preparing and ensuring the completeness and readiness of existing or to be training module packages, training aid <(>&<)> tools, classroom and practical area, and administrative document to support training activities according to the stan dard a -Accountable and responsible for delivering training session to the training participants in the Basic Service Training to ensure the training objective is executed according to confirmed target. - Responsible for conducting formative and summative assessment to evaluate participant understanding according to training objective and course background. - Responsible for conducting and collecting result reaction evaluation survey including create report training and survey result to ensure is according to the confirmed target. - Responsible for personally teaching, explaining, informing and supervising participant with lack of understandable on training material or specific training material explained during the teaching and learning process to ensure all training participants ge -Responsible for leveraging technology to strengthen and improve learning outcomes. -Responsible for creating and evaluating technical assessment tools or marking guide to ensure updated, valid and reliable. - Responsible for conducting the end to end process of technical assessment for Serviceman at Basic level. - Responsible for analyzing the technical assessment results to find out the candidate gap to provide recommendation for development plan and communicating to related parties. - Responsible for assessing training delivery and technical assessment of lower level Instructor, then providing recommendation for improvement. - Responsible for enhancing professionalism by achieving any professional certification or accreditation from Government or Supplier or Principle or Professional Community to ensure the expertise recognition at certain field to comply the required regulatio
