Responsibilities: 

Prepare Maintenance Strategy and link to Standard Job in AMT (Asset Management Tools) as per contract scope of work for CVA Level 2 to ensure M&R readiness for budgeted tasks.(R) Maintain and ensure daily SMU (Service Meter Unit) update in AMT for CVA Le vel 3 and Level 2 to ensure maintenance planning process accuracy.(R) Consolidate the end-to- end Weekly Work Plan process—from drafting and scheduling to coordination with internal stakeholders and cu stomers—for CVA Level 2 to ensure scheduling accuracy and on- time resource readiness.(R) Prepare Weekly Work Plan inputs in coordination with EM Strategic Planning HO, site operational functions, and customers, confirm draft and final schedules, and monitor actual execution for CVA Level 3 to ensure scheduling accu racy and compliance.(R) Prepare and coordinate parts and component ordering, documentation, technician assignments, quotations, and Service Orders for planned tasks (PM, Midlife, PCR) for CVA Level 2 and CVA Level 3 to ensure resource readiness and effect ive execution.(R) Validate and maintain backlogs, including follow up actions through quotation and Service Order for CVA Level 2 and CVA Level 3 to ensure effective execution of planned tasks.(R) Maintain the major component Old Core process (TU Reman or TU asset such as PS or CB) by defining repair/rebuild options and locations, preparing CRR documents, and monitoring repair/rebuild progress and costs to ensure future component readiness for CVA Level 2 and CVA Level 3.(R) Monitor execution against the daily schedule and prepare compliance reports for CVA Level 3 to ensure schedule adherence including update the status execution to Planning system.(R) Prepare and present Monthly Report to Customer to consistently demonstrate benefit of contract for CVA Level 2.(R) Prepare and coordinate Contract Billing support documents for CVA Level 3 contracts with Sales Support to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.(R)
