Import Export Support Specialist

Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Engineering / Management major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3 years experience in Import Export or related Logistics / PPJK field

Responsibilities: 

• Verify and Validate import export transaction documents related to port handling activities to Ensure correct cost allocation and alignment with the planned budget.
• Verify supporting documents for SPTNP or SPKTNP, Prepare required submissions, Coordinate follow up actions, Collect supporting data, Prepare and Submit objection letters when required, and Monitor the progress of objection or appeal or judicial review p 
• Analyze import export (IMEX) documents to identify potential audit findings and recommend improvement actions, and prepare required documentation to support internal and external customs audit processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Execute post border LARTAS case handling by responding to government summons, providing required explanations to authority officials, and Preparing necessary documents or supporting evidence to ensure fulfillment of post‑border compliance obligations.
• Prepare import export (IMEX) documents required for external submission in compliance with applicable regulations, and manage inco ming correspondence related to IMEX activities for proper documentation and filing to ensure accurate record keeping and r eg
• Prepare import export (IMEX) reports for management, government authorities, and other stakeholders by collecting and consolidating data from related function and import transaction data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyze import export (IMEX) processes, transaction data, and supporting documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations for system and process enhancements to strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions as well as internal project involvement to support operational excellence and business competitiveness.
