Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Organization Development, HR Organizational Design, or related HR roles

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Prepare and update procedures, guidance, and organizational standardization and maintain all related documentation to ensure consistent OD governance that serves as the reference and standard for OD implementation across the organization.
  2. Review and analyze Organization Structure and Reporting Structure change requests based on OD guiding principles and organizational standards including provide guidance and advise to operations, and implement approved changes into the system to ensure accurate and aligned organizational structure data.
  3. Review and maintain Job Descriptions for all positions including provide guidance and recommendation in coordination with CEG and ensure all JD documents are available, updated and properly documented to maintain accurate and business‑aligned role definitions.
  4. Maintain and update all Organization attributes in the system to ensure complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date organizational data that maintains data consistency and standardization.
  5. Validate and process position code and vacancy requests from HR Operations by referring to approved Manpower Planning (MPP) data and Organization Structure to ensure each submission aligns with the approved manpower plan and organizational structure.
  6. Prepare OD-related reports and maintain organizational databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date organizational data for reporting, dashboard updates, and organizational analysis.
  7. Review and analyze organization design, implementation, and maintenance processes to identify insights and recommend process and system improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational management.

 

Experience  :

  • Min. 1–3 years’ experience in Organization Development, HR Organizational Design, or related HR roles. Preferably has experience in organization structure management, Job Description review, manpower planning, or HR data management
