Minimum S1 in Business Studies/ Economics/ Engineering/ Finance/ Law/ Management/ Risk Management/ Statistics major
GPA minimum 3
Minimum 5 years experience in Risk Management
Responsibilities:
- Execute end to end process of queries on Risk Management process and Anti Bribery Management system, including financial, operation, and others to avoid risks impacting all functions and PAN Indonesia. - Execute risk assessment and evaluation, communicate, advise, and respond to queries, to establish the level of risk the company is willing to take as requested by all functions within PAN Indonesia. - Evaluate market and macroeconomic conditions and ensure appropriate measures are taken to achieve a prudent balance between risk and reward in ongoing and new business activities. - Review business continuity management to ensure its effectiveness and readiness. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize potential impacts on the organization. - Review transaction processes, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements to various functions, to strengthen internal control systems and compliance. - Review and recommend insurance agreements and negotiate directly with insurance brokers to ensure TMT Group interests are protected. - Ensure and monitor risk awareness and compliance culture throughout the organization to make sure it is pervasive and consistently applied. - Perform as Leader of the Anti Bribery compliance function team (Office of Strategy Management, Corporate Communication and CSR, Legal, Sourcing and Procurement, and Human Resources) to ensure compliance efforts across the organization. - Perform as appointed member of the insurance committee in TMT Group to contribute to insurance-related decisions and protect company interests. - Review and maintain ABMS ThoughtSpot to ensure it remains accurate, updated, and reliable. - Ensure SHE, Legal, and SOP compliance are properly implemented to maintain safety, legality, and governance standards. - Manage outputs by identifying, monitoring, and reporting on key performance areas and indicators to measure organizational effectiveness and progress. - Provide all business heads for various issues including financial, operational, and related issues to enable effective decision making. - Provide report and recommendation regarding the performance of the Anti Bribery Management system and risk rating to top management to ensure they are well informed. - Execute annual planning, formulate, and manage budgets to ensure proper resource utilization and financial control.
