Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Engineering / major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain

Responsibilities: 

• Review and validate tender request submissions (SOW (Scope fo Work), BOQ (Bill of Quantity), drawings, and technical specifications) to ensure the submitted documents are complete and aligned with required standards for sourcing initiation.
• Gather user requirements in coordination with stakeholders to identify and analyze tender specifications and provide recommendations on procurement methods and scoring criteria to support accurate tender preparation.
• Prepare RFP or RFI proposals that specify user requirements and required submission documents to vendors to ensure complete, accurate, and optimized proposals for tender evaluation.
• Conduct tender execution including review vendor submissions, coordinate clarifications with stakeholders and vendors, facilitate vendor presentations, support technical and commercial scoring, and conducting negotiations including provide advise and rec
• Maintain Goods and Services pricing in the system based on the approved Letter of Award (LOA) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date pricing data for Purchase Order and contract creation.
• Prepare draft contracts based on the Contract Request and Letter of Award (LOA) including coordinate contract review with vendors, users, and legal, and finalize the document through signature to ensure contract readiness.
• Prepare and provide monthly reports (performance, project status, outstanding requests, tender progress, etc.) to monitor sourcing performance and ensure meet with agreed service level expectations.
• Support audit activities by preparing and coordinating sourcing documentation to ensure completeness, availability, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support operational excellence and business competitiveness.
