Responsibilities:
- Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales within the assigned territory to deliver accurate insights that support decision making and improvement of sales strategies. - Maintain accurate and up to date customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support planning and provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. - Follow up AR payments to support healthy cash flow. - Coordinate with PSSR and PSSE in performing CTS activities for rental units to develop accurate parts forecasts, ensuring proper planning for maintenance needs, minimizing downtime, and supporting effective asset management across the rental fleet. - Handle customer inquiries and operational issues during visits, communicate inspection findings, and provide recommendations. - Conduct periodic customer visits to perform unit inspections, strengthen customer relationships, and collect accurate unit usage data required for preparing RFIs, and timely billing support. - Coordinate and execute the unit handover process to customers, ensuring all equipment is delivered in proper condition, accompanied by the required documentation, and clearly communicated regarding operational guidelines, so that the unit is ready for us - Collaborate with Contract Management and the Rental Commercial team to prepare, review, and finalize rental contracts, ensuring all commercial, operational, and compliance requirements are accurately captured to support effective and legally compliant co - Conduct sales negotiations with customers to convert quotes into deals and secure timely order fulfillment and payment. - Provide customer quotations based on rental opportunities, unit specifications, delivery time, term of payment and approved pricing to formalize the customer offer. - Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) to understand customer identity, business credibility, and operational history to ensure compliance and risk mitigation standards are met, with the objective of preventing fraudulent engagements, supporting sound credit d - Record visit activities, opportunity updates, and customer issues into the system in a timely manner to maintain accurate and up to date sales information for effective monitoring and planning. - Conduct customer visits to understand customer needs, assess equipment condition, present product and service offerings, pricing, marketing programs, and payment options, and generate quality opportunities that lead to successful closures. - Create visit activity plans based on the customer list allocated to produce clear execution plans and ensure effective customer coverage in the assigned territory.
