Minimum 1 years experience in Sales Counter from Heavy Equipment Industry

Responsibilities: 

- Execute parts quotation processes (e.g., receive Customer inquiries parts list, input data into the system, validate Customer ID and status, check parts validity, check alternative or replacement or up level or down level, check parts availability, check - Execute parts ordering processes (e.g., receive order reference (PO or SO), validate quotation number vs PO or SO, validate item, quantity, description, and price, input data into the system/activate quotation, check and solve any halt in the system, tra - Execute parts expediting processes (e.g., provide daily BO report, check any unsuccessful order, and check long outstanding orders then follow up accordingly) in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts OTIF is achieved. - Prepare documents related to parts billing process (e.g., confirm parts arrival and issue to customer, collect and provide all supporting document to Sales Admin for billing process, and dispatch the document to respective party to further processing) in - Execute Counterman specific tasks (e.g., warehouse process, core inspection, etc.) in accordance with Branch specific capability to ensure Branch capabilities are utilized to fulfil business requirements. - Execute SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and CC (Contamination Control) procedures in working area to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
