Job Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various functions, including:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
    • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  2. Employee Records Management
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
    • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and other documents.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding documentation.
  3. Learning & Development
    • Support the planning and coordination of training programs.
    • Gather feedback from employees to improve training sessions.
    • Assist in creating training materials and resources.
  4. Employee Engagement & Communication
    • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
    • Assist in internal communication efforts, such as newsletters and announcements.
    • Promote workplace safety culture through campaigns and initiatives.
  5. HR Reporting & Analytics
    • Support the preparation of HR reports on recruitment, training, and employee performance.
    • Assist in data analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
  1. Administrative Support
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a motivated individual with:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
