Responsibilities: 

- Follow up overdue AR and resolve documentation related issues to support healthy cash flow, including coordinating the resolution of disputes with relevant internal parties. - Maintain accurate and timely sales data to support effective decision making, including updating CRM, executing digital sales activities using approved tools, and managing transaction records. - Execute end to end sales transactions to support accurate, complete, and timely fulfillment, including handling documentation, customer information, order updates, and delivery arrangements. - Conduct customer visits to understand customer needs, gather demand, opportunities, and execute sales activities aligned with CVA adoption, and digital solutions while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, providing timely forecast to strengthen custom - Develop account plans and profile for assigned customers to build strong and strategic relationships while identifying growth oppo rtunities, market trends, and competitor activity to expand business and increase share of wallet.
